Exchange and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.).

Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted

It must also be in the original packaging, tags and labels.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

If the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you.

Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don’t be alarmed if you’ve tracked your return as delivered but haven’t heard from us yet.

All exchanges are sent out on a standard service. If a customer is returning a package, we advise to use an insured, priority mail, as if the package is lost on its return to us, it is not our responsibility.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and completion of a return label emailed to you.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, we will send you a return label with the appropriate information.
